I use Redken color extend and idk if it's cleaning my hair good

No not all shampoos are equal!!! i am currently using the same shampoo and i feel like i get a bit if a buildup over the week. so once a week i use Shampoo three by Paul Mitchell. that cleanses the hair, not good to use everyday though because it will dry out your hair (and make color fade if you color your hair) hope this helps!Dose all shampoo's clean your hair good?
Haven't tried all shampoos but I try to switch shampoos when there is a buildup.
well its prob. only for hair dyed or colored red, not natural red or any other colors. switch to a deep cleaning shampoo like the ones neutrogena has for a while then go back to redken
that is usally pretty good but i would try rinsing it put better.


but dont use pantene it cleans good but it leaves build up on yor ends:)
Try rinsing better and if you don't get resluts change shampoo/\.
Some shampoos just smell good, like the victoria's secret ones but I'm sure you dont use that, Pantene is the best ever for both men and women.
Some shampoos can leave a film on your hair and scalp...try Nioxin...it takes all of the stuff other shampoos and conditioners can leave behind. It might be hard to find but its worth it!
