use way less shampoo. if you really wet your hair good first then all you will need is a quarter size amount, apply a little at temples, forehead and nape then lather so its not just one glob in one spotI can't seem to ever rinse all of the shampoo from my hair. My hair is super thick and curly. Any suggestions?
I would use the shampoo and then try to rinse it. Put a little conditioner so its more manageable and re-rinse.
