What shampoo should i use 4 damaged hair?

i used to have really long, silky, wavy, hair. then one morning i realized my waves were gone. a year after my hair started breaking and i did not know y. i was confused. now, i have short, straight brown hair. well, i have always had brown hair. just sayingWhat shampoo should i use 4 damaged hair?
I kind of had that problem but i used a hair restoring mask. garnier has that and so does neutrogena i used the neutrogena one it's called neutrogena triple moisture deep recovery hair mask and it worked wonders for me it definitely made my hair softness and shine restore back to normal. You can but it at CVS or Walgreen's for $6.99:)What shampoo should i use 4 damaged hair?
try a natural shampoo. all chemical based shampoos strip the hair of its natural oils leaving it vulnerable and dry. you should avoid any brand that you have seen in a commercial.

invest in either giovanni shampoos or burt's bees and limit shampooing your hair to about two days a week.

deep condition weekly.

edit: buy cheap conditioners such as suave naturals or V05 they work better than most expensive ones. just be generous with the amount that you put on the hair.
I like suave professionals. the one thats in a orange bottle and says works as well as matrix or something like that. I have really long hair too and its wavy. Like once a week I put conditioner in for at least an hour. I feel like that shampoo helps it stay soft and its pretty cheap too. I like garnier fructis the sleek one too
go to sally beauty supply or ace and get the deep conditioning serum. shampoo your hair with regular shampoo than apply the deep conditioning serum and leave it in for a few hours. do this about every 6 weeks. and use a protectant cream or spray before straightening
i love Paul Mitchell products...in fact, ive got 3 different shampoos and conditioners by them and tons of their products. they have something for everything. I love their stuff...hope i helped...)
Mastey has a good 'restore' shampoo. You should also try a Deep conditioner and a trim.
I honestly think that Dove has by far THE best shampoos on the market. I haven't had split ends in a very long time and my hair has become very silky. Avoid Garnier Fructis...that stuff ruins your hair.
i think head and shoulders. or pantene. or dove therapy
paul mitchell. they have good conditioner.
Head and shoulders is good. pantene or herbal essennces
