you need to get a trim every three months to get all the dead ends off cuz even though your trying to let it grow out the dead ends break so your hair doesnt seem like its growing and split ends is a sign of dry dead hair so it causes frizz


and you could also take prenatal vitamins to help your hair and nails grow
