im sure there are many shampoos that claim that they can do that, and mabye a few might work a bit, but honey, If there was one. You wouldn't need to be asking this question :P
I would reccomend a curling iron and pantene pro v curl line.

try pantene i have tried many pantene products and they have all worked pretty well
